Copyright and Usage Rights

All photographs and images displayed on this website, as well as those delivered to clients, are the exclusive property of Fahey Foto Photography and are protected under United States and international copyright laws.

Fahey Foto Photography retains full copyrights to all photographs created. No title or intellectual property rights are transferred to the client or any third party.

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photographs as outlined below, depending on the service booked at the time of the session. This license is personal to the client and may not be assigned or sublicensed without prior written consent.

Personal/General Use License (e.g., for portrait, family, or non-commercial sessions):

  • Permission to reproduce the photographs for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., printing for home display, sharing with family and friends, or posting on personal social media, and other platforms representing your image as your business and in any publications with due credit as indicated below).

  • Credit to Logan Fahey or Fahey Foto Photography is appreciated when sharing online (e.g., "@Fahey_Foto").

  • Prohibited uses: Sale of images, use in commercial advertising, merchandise, or any for-profit purpose; alteration or editing beyond basic cropping/resizing; submission to contests or publications without permission.

Commercial Use License (e.g., for business branding, headshots, or commercial sessions):

  • Permission to use the photographs for business marketing and promotion (e.g., website, social media, print advertising, brochures, or other promotional materials related to the client's business).

  • Unlimited duration within the scope of the client's own business promotion.

  • Prohibited uses: Resale or licensing of images to third parties; use in stock photography; major alterations that change the artistic integrity of the image.

The specific license granted is determined by the service package selected and agreed upon at the time of booking. For additional uses, extended licenses, or buyouts, please contact me for pricing and written approval.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any photographs constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.
